By now most of you have heard about the theft of Robin Birmingham’s equipment.  What a shame to have this happen here in Redding.  Now is a good time, if you don’t already have business liability insurance on your equipment.  I have been in the process of getting mine through a vendor (State Farm) on the PPC website.  It’s not much, as little as $30 bucks per month, you can get up to $20,000 in coverage.  That’s with a $1,000 deductible, but that’s not much if what happened to Robin were to happen to any one of us. 

At our August meeting, I will be giving a presentation on building and maintaining your own websites.  I am by no means an expert, but am happy to share what knowledge I have with all of you.  The following Friday, I will also be teaching a full day workshop on building your website using Frontpage 2003.  It’s an easy user-friendly program, and not too expensive.  The cost of the workshop is $75.  A flyer will be sent out with more information, or you can e-mail me.
