President’s Message for January 2007

Happy New Year to all!  I hope we all had a good 2006, but now it is on to 2007.  Wow!  Can you believe it, it seems like yesterday I was the VP and running the 50/50 fundraiser. Now here I am the President for 2007.  I guess time flies when you are having fun.

This has been a tremendous year for our members and for what the executive board has been able to accomplish in 2006. We've had great speakers talk to our members in areas like marketing and business, wedding, children and Photoshop to name a few of the meetings that were held for our members last year.

I have a lot of great plans and ideas that I would like to get all members involved in 2007.  If you have not been able to attend the meetings lately, please mark your calendars the third Thursday of every month and come join us for some fun and education.  I hope to see you at Installation in January.

Lastly, I'd like to say thank you to all the board members who volunteered their time to help make Professional Photographers of the North Valley a great success this past year. Without this help, we could not have accomplished what we did this year.  Speaking of volunteers, if you would like to volunteers, we are always looking for new volunteers.  Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you would like to help out.  It’s a great way to get involved and really get to know everyone.  And it’s FUN!  See you all soon!
