Hello Everyone,

Fall is officially here!  Have you taken a moment to stop and look at our beautiful surroundings?  The colors of the leaves are so vibrant.  This is a perfect time to photograph the season, before the leaves fall from the trees.

We are now taking orders for PPNV Shirts and there are two styles one for men and women.  If you did not receive the email and would like to place an order, the cost is $25.  Make your check payable to PPNV and please email me with your order, style and size by the next general meeting.  The color of the shirts will be black with a stripe of white.

The PPC Board Meeting took place at the end of October and Aimee took some great notes and will be forwarding them to the current board members.  There are a great number of possible speakers who may be interested in coming to PPNV which we will be contacting for 2008.  PPC is gearing up for 2008 Convention, please visit their website at www.ppconline.com from time to time to get the latest updates.

Speaking of websites, have you visited PPNV’s website lately?  The website is a useful tool and has some helpful tips.  The username is PPNV and the password is lensbaby.

PPNV Installation’s is coming up and it seems that the majority would like to have a pot luck like we have done in the past.  We do not have a location as of yet, if anyone has a place in mind please let me know, I would really appreciate your input.  Installation’s takes place in January 17, 2008.  At this time is when we will be installing our new incoming Board of Directors for 2008 by Michael Collins from PPC.  All members are welcome to come along with your significant other.

Unfortunately, Janel Pahl was not able to make it to our last month’s meeting due to becoming ill.  We were looking forward to having her as our guest speaker and she was greatly missed.
