President's Message for September

I am always amazed at how fast the days seem to fly by.  Here we are, and now it’s September already!

So, in September some things to look forward to:  Pics in the Park, our general PPNV meeting with special guest speakers Doug & Donna Jirsa, PPNV nominations, our new Photoshop Group, Chic’s Who Click….. Just to name a few!

With PPNV nominations right around the corner, please ask yourselves, “What can I do to help PPNV, and my business”?  Running for a board position is a great, fun and educative experience.  As a board member you help to keep our organization running smoothly.  Your voice matters!  Your opinions are heard!  Your ideas are put into action!  Bringing new and fresh ideas to the table help to keep interest in our organization.

How can running for the PPNV board help your business?  First, you are motivated and inspired by the other board members.  Getting active and involved will get you inspired to do great things not only for PPNV, but in your own businesses as well.  Secondly, sharing with your customers that you are involved with PPNV will give you great recognition, and gain trust from your clients.

What do you have to offer PPNV in 2007?

My goal as President was to bring PPNV to the public community, and I think with our Pics in the Park event, this will help to accomplish this.  However, I think there is more that we can do.  I need your help!

Let’s all put our creative minds together and make another great year in 2007 for PPNV!  Please e-mail or give me a call if you are interested in running for any board position.  You can also contact Kathi Corder, or Duane Brovan (our nominating committee) to express your interest in serving on the 2007 PPNV Board.

See you all in September!

The only way to discover the limits of the possible is to go beyond them into the impossible.
